I love saturdays!!

I love saturdays!! no school run,.no traffic..no town...no people...the one day of the week i stay home with tahlia and sam religiously, I even screen calls..i know...shame but hey its bliss!I think you have to have to have atleast one day to enjoy where you live...your sanctuary, your self made retreat....well, that's me...I cook, sometimes in batches...am horizontal ( in a wholesome kind of way)as my darling sister would say..whom we have just returned from visiting in the Dandelongs..Victoria...its beautiful, open fires ( and central heating. ..thats a luxury!), great pinot (love a wine buff ),country drives..visual splendour..but I'm not good with cold..I love to wear scarves, coats and handwarmers though....lover of the accessory..and well melbourne has retail threapy covered...picked up gorgeous scarf! ( at the airport, mind u)..My gorgeous, treasured friend Kirst, has just arrived so signing off, chat soon...

How would u define yourself?

It is interesting, is it not,? to post information about one self..( new to me)how would you define yourself.. ?..these blogs I believe a means of communicating who you are..I found it almost a challenge,where does one start...one exercise for fun I thought..an insight..what magazines do you read? what are your favourite ones...mine..a mix...inside out..belle..frankie..grass roots and for food ..gourmet traveller, donna hay..no strike that...delicious..
and about today...loving home,(more) just been for short stint in melbourne with my wonderful sister and brother in law..enjoyed pinot, open fires but not the cold ( as had a cold)... grateful to live here in beautiful currumbin valley...did some gardening, spent time with my family,chicken soup for tea..booked tickets for art brisbane..watching atonement..sweet dreams..ps.exhibiting at fehva..checkout www.fehva.com.au.. david helfgott performing at opening (remember movie ,'shine'....look forward to ssing such talent..
